Rachel began her career in the music industry working as a creative at labels XL Recordings and Young. She worked across their roster with artists such as Adele, Radiohead, The XX, King Krule, Jai Paul, Jungle, Ibeyi and Nines. After 5 years in the industry she moved to Tokyo to focus on her own art and design practise – Mantis Studio, continuing to work in the music industry for artists such as Hak Baker, Franc Moody, Rag n Bone man, Arlo Parks, Bloxx, Nao. When moving back to London she also worked at Untold Studios for a year with Creative Director Phil Lee, focusing on music again with projects such as Kojey Radical, Placebo and Lola Young whilst continuing her own design projects through Mantis Studio. Mantis is a collaborative practice creating projects and working with people who focus on shaping and defining culture, from space to digital to print.​ Rachel runs this studio alongside doing a masters in Sculpture at the RCA.
