Nathalia Dutra Maciel (b. 1999, Macaé – they/she) is an artist-writer and self-proclaimed unreliable narrator whose work investigates the relationships between the real and the imagined.

“Their work & research brings together themes of speculative fiction, the unconscious, dissociation, narrative & the uncanny – existing in a space somewhere between; dreams, nightmares, reality and the imaginary. A framework of reality, they describe as the unreliable truth.”

Nathalia is also the founder & director of Lesbian Archives; a digital archive, research centre & educational platform that holds a focus on the history, thought, culture, media and art of BIPOC lesbians & lesbians from the “Global South”
