Andriana Lagoudes

Andriana Lagoudes is a self-taught filmmaker whose practise navigates societal and philosophic notions with an outlook of art direction in her aesthetic. She completed her studies in Fashion Design at the University of Brighton in 2017 where she specialised in street style fashion for men. Since then she has turned her focus on humanitarian work such as education, as a Visiting Lecturer at London College of Fashion, and on camera-based arts that communicate culture and raise questions that need answering. She aims to create work that glorifies the beauty in things that go unnoticed and give a platform for people to have their own narrative; she gives space for the subjects to transcend their own grace with their mind. Her concepts have always been too ambitious for the mundanity of daily life but she is determined to put into effect some very needed social change.
