Ibrahim is a poet and editor who created Lost in Time in 2017, a publishing venture dedicated to recording and documenting my surroundings, notably artists’ reflections and practices. “Poetry helps me to expand my writings beyond the literal. Experimenting with the form leads me to write scripts, conceptualise visual art (installations, photography, collages) and performances.” He is increasingly involved in educational programmes and initiatives taking place between Europe and the African continent. With these endeavours, he aims to further the potential for art to emancipate and create realities grounded in imaginations, and the positive side of the unforeseeable.
