Yan Copelli (1986) is a visual artist born in Rio de Janeiro, currently living and working in São Paulo. His artistic production in painting and sculpture explores Object ontology and a queer perspective to think about form, representation and perception.

Yan held his first solo exhibition at Espaço CC in São Paulo in 2018 and has participated in several collective exhibitions throughout Brazil. Places such as the Rio de Janeiro Federal Justice Cultural Center, Rio Grande do Sul State Public Archive, Diversity Museum in São Paulo. Also as part of independent exhibitions along France, Spain, United States and Peru.
