Professional Profile 

I am a civil society activist, highly trained communicator, an instructional technologist, teacher and an entrepreneurs’ mentor. 

I have more than 12 years of experience as a civil society activist engaged in planning, programming, fundraising and implementing projects on behaviour change of individuals and societies towards the fight against malaria infection, environmental degradation, youth unemployment, HIV/AIDS infection, human rights abuses. I have worked with many foreign diplomatic missions in Ghana, government agencies and private sector operatives in Ghana. 

My methodology combines behaviour change communication, complexity science and lean start-up models, theories, tools and approaches to empower individuals and communities in knowledge, skills and behaviour change necessary to challenge outbreak of diseases, climate change issues, youth unemployment and attitudinal setbacks that need to be changed to get these issues resolved for a meaningful d  qualitative development in Ghana. 

Mostly, my behaviour change approaches involve the use of theories, principles and tools embedded in communication strategies such as mainstream media, strategic communication and then, participatory media which engages communities &  citizens in local problem-solving actions.  

I am fluent in English and have experience working with large groups, individuals and donors.
